<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unlawful damping, etc., for waste household electric appliances by jointly controlling physical distribution information about the waste household electric appliances and information concerning the operation of a truck for carrying the appliances, to pursuably control the flow of the appliances in consistently recycling the appliances. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an operation controlling means for controlling information concerning the operation of a truck from the recovery to final disposal of waste household electric appliances 4 via an MCA radio from an on-vehicle device, while transmitting information for controlling the operation of this truck; and a recovery article pursuit controlling means 3a for collecting and keeping information, recorded in a manifest 6b attached to the appliances 4, etc., itself or its housing container, from respective recycling bases via a communication circuit, to control the movement of the appliances 4 from recovery to final disposal.</p> |
