PURPOSE:To obtain a bathtub having a deep pattern in a short step, by press molding a pattern fabric and a sheet molding compound to form a bathtub body, and by forming a transparent acrylic resin layer on the fabric surface. CONSTITUTION:The pattern fabric 1 and the sheet molding compound 2 are press molded to form a bathtub body. A transparent acrylic resin layer is formed on the fabric surface to give a bathtub having a solid feeling and a deep pattern on the inner surface. An article obtained by vacuum forming of an acrylic sheet is bonded to the fabric 1 of the body to form the acrylic resin layer. |
