PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly investigate the cause of troubles by outputting record contents to the outside, when a communication log is written into a nonvolatile memory and inquiry is made from the outside. SOLUTION: A control part 13 transmits and receives an I/O signal to and from the other party via a light source/receiver 12, at the same time monitors the presence or absence of the inquiry of a communication log from a transmitter and a receiver, and determines whether reception data is the inquiry of the communication log from the optical receiver and transmitter when the reception data is received. Then, when it is determined as the case of the inquiry of the communication log, output is made by a communication log output means for outputting the contents of the communication log being recorded and maintained into a nonvolatile memory 14 from the light source/receiver 12 to the optical receiver and transmitter, thus enabling determination of delivery operation procedures to the interlocking between an unmanned conveyance vehicle and a manufacture of device, and hence quick investigation of the cause of troubles. |
