PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information-recording disk where a hologram that can be simultaneously observed from the side of an optical recording surface (reading surface). SOLUTION: In the optical information recording disk, a first substrate 5 where a recessed and projecting pattern for expressing the interference fringes of a hologram is formed, a reflective thin-film layer 4 is formed on it and a second substrate 1 where the recessed and projecting pattern for expressing digital data is formed, and at least a semi-transmission thin-film layer 2 is formed on it, are laminated with an adhesive layer 3 via an adhesive layer in a side where the reflective thin-film layer 4 of the first substrate 5 is formed or the opposite side, and a side where the semi-transmission thin-film layer 2 of the second substrate 1 is formed or the opposite side. |
