PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display character images for a Pachinko machine on various patterns without increasing the memory capacity. SOLUTION: This display device is provided with a display memory 7 stored with image data read from a CG memory 4, a scroll quantity setting table 21 for setting scroll quantities of the image data per each line, and a writing means 6 for storing the display memory 7 with the image data read from the CG memory 4 by shifting writing starting positions by each line, on the basis of the scroll quantity set per each line, and image data display starting positions read from the CG memory 4 are shifted by each line and displayed. Thereby one character image can be displayed on various patterns by varying a set value of a line scroll quantity, so as to exclude the necessity to store the CG memory 4 with the image data per pattern. |
