PRELIMINARILY PRESS-STICKING DEVICE OF SNADWICH GLASS

PURPOSE:To remove easily air from a semiprocessed product of sandwich glass by placing the semiprocessed product of sandwich glass to be deaerated on a flat lower part having large bending rigidity, putting a cover member having a suction pipe thereon and sucking the air through the suction pipe thereby reducing the pressure therein. CONSTITUTION:A semiprocessed product 1 of sandwich glass to be deaerated is placed on a heat resistant lower plate 2 which has the area larger than the area of the semiprocessed product of sandwich glass to be deaerated and of which at least the circumferential edge part is formed of a flat material having large bending rigidity. A cover member 3 consisting of a heat resistant upper plate 4 and a heat resistant wall body 5 of which at least the lower part is formed on an elastic material and fixed with a suction pipe 7 is put thereon. The air in a space 6 is sucked through the suction pipe 7 by a vacuum pump to reduce the pressure in the space 6, by which the air between the glass plate of the product 1 is removed and the glass plates and an intermediate film of a synthetic resin are preliminarily press-stuck.
