发明名称 SURFACE TREATMENT FOR PATTERNING OF ALUMINUM ALLOY
摘要 PURPOSE:To produce sharply an underlying pattern on the surface of an aluminum alloy and to form an excellent colored pattern by subjecting the aluminum alloy to a combination of an underlying patterning treatment by a mechanical operation, two-stages of aging treatments and formation of an electrochemically colored film. CONSTITUTION:An Al alloy contg. Cu, Mg, Si, Zn, Fe, etc. is extruded and is then subjected to a primary slack age hardening treatment, then an underlying pattern is formed on the surface of the Al alloy by a mechanical operating means such as a blasting method or the like. The Al alloy after the above-mentioned treatment is subjected to a secondary slack age hardening treatment or full age hardening treatment under the temp. conditions higher preferably by about 5-60 deg.C than the treating temp. of the above-mentioned primary slack age hardening treatment and thereafter a colored film is formed on the surface of said Al alloy by an anodization-electrolytic coloring method, etc. The colored pattern which is beautiful, has excellent performance such as corrosion resistance, has a difference in density, is extremely sharp and has contrast, is obtd. by the above-mentioned treatments.
