A process is provided for forming a plurality of objects simultaneously from a plurality of superimposed sheets of deformable and fusible material comprising the steps or heating said plurality of superimposed sheets until said material in said sheets reaches a temperature sufficient to allow plastic deformation while maintaining time, temperature and pressure conditions at the contiguous faces thereof below those causing fusion of said material and forming said plurality of superimposed sheets simultaneously.
