The active component of plant-based medicine is obtained by multi-step extraction. The plant material is milled, and extraction is carried out in a modified mechanical-chemical reactor. In some cases active-component-enriched material is used in multi-step extraction, with each step producing increased active component content. Following that, multi-step post-extraction is carried out, with different degree of dilution and using at least part of the extract. The proposal also includes a drier, operating at a vacuum of 0.1-0.3 bar. The top of the drier vessel is conical and it is provided with a tangential air inlet opening. It is also provided with a quick-change nozzle connection, multiple cyclones and re-cooler. |
