PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a turmeric juice containing active ingredients and easy to drink. SOLUTION: This turmeric juice is obtained by adding saccharide(s) to turmeric followed by aging the system, mixing an acidic solution with the system thus aged followed by conducting a solid-liquid separation of the mixture and collecting the resultant liquid. |
