PURPOSE:To obtain a core having the excellent frequency characteristics of permeability and high saturation magnetic flux density easily by mixing amorphous powder having two or more kinds of different crystallization temperature characteristics and executing heat treatment so that particles having a lower crystal lization temperature are crystallized partially. CONSTITUTION:Amorphous particles 1, 2, crystallization temperatures of which are each represented by T1 and T2, are pressure-formed together with a binder 3. There is the relationship of T1<T2 in respective crystallization temperature, and the particles are thermally treated at a temperature theta(where T1<=theta<T2 holds at that time) after pressure forming. One part or the whole of particles having the crystallization temperature of T1 is crystallized and changed into a normal crystal metal, and there is a tendency in which the permeability of the whole core is increased on the low-frequency region side and reduced on the high-frequency region side. Surface resistance and DC hysteresis characteristics also change, and the variable width of the surface resistance and the DC hysteresis characteristics can be made larger than the heat treatment of a signal amorphous particle. |
