A device for absorbing air moisture has an air-permeable unit 1, which contains a moisture-absorbing agent, and a container 4, which is arranged to house the unit when the device is being packed and to support the unit and collect water when the device is being used. The unit 1 is constituted by a tube 2 having two end caps 3, at least one of which is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the tube between a pushed-in position and a pulled-out position. The container 4 has bearing members 9, which are arranged to support the unit 1 at a predetermined height above the bottom of the container when the end cap 3 is in pulled-out position and to allow the unit 1 to be laid down in the container 4 when the end cap 3 is in pushed-in position. <IMAGE> |
