发明名称 ANALYZER FOR MOLECULAR PARTIAL STRUCTURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve a higher analysis accuracy, by using intensities at absorption peaks of an infrared absorption spectrum of a sample calculated in comparison of wave number values at the absorption peaks thereof with a memory value to perform an analysis of a partial structure. CONSTITUTION:A sample is set on an infrared spectrophotometer 8 to measure an infrared absorption spectrum of the sample and the spectrum is transferred to a CPU 2. A memory 5 and a floppy disc device 6 are connected to the CPU 2 and wave number values at all absorption peaks being detected are compared with values in absorption peak appearance wave areas of partial structures stored to discriminate the partial structures to be analyzed. Intensities prescribed at the absorption peaks for the sample are calculated corresponding to the partial structure discriminated and evaluation coefficients are calculated concerning the intensities to be calculated and intensities at absorption peaks for a reference substance stored. The best value of the evaluation coefficients is outputted to a CRT 3 and a printer 4 as the score of the partial structure in the order of the better values of scores about the part structures thereby achieving a higher analysis accuracy.
