摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a rough control at the place distant from a stop position and a fine control in the vicinity of said position by selecting one of two kinds of scales and using them for stop control. CONSTITUTION:One of inputs from two sensors of an upper sensor 37a for reading a fine scale and a lower sensor 37b for reading a rough scale is selected at a waveform shaping circuit 47 by the command of a microcomputer 50. The output of said waveform shaping circuit 47 is counted by the counter 48-1 of a position data detection circuit 48, inputted to the microcomputer 50 via latch circuit 48-2, converted into a signal proportional to a speed by the F/V converter 49-1 of a speed data detection circuit 49, and inputted to the microcomputer 50 via A/D converter 49-2. Said microcomputer 50 selects the lower sensor 37b at the place distant from a stop position, and the upper sensor 37a in the vicinity of said stop position. A microcomputer 20 makes a calculation by using input data, to perform stop control via inverter 36.
