PURPOSE:To pressure bond uniformly laminated sheets without slipping in the lateral direction by accumulating the laminated sheets in an opening of a frame and pressing the same through a flat elastic body and flat sheet pressing jigs. CONSTITUTION:For the purpose of fixing by pressure a plurality of sheets 4 composed of oxygen ion conductive solid electrolysis by a pressing means 7, sheets 4 are accommodated and laminated in an opening 18 set for the outer shape of the sheets 4, and a frame 17 for preventing the sheets from slipping in the lateral direction, flat sheet-shaped elastic bodies 2 and 6 disposed on the surfaces and back faces of laminated sheets 4 and flat sheet pressing jigs 15 and 16 transmitting the pressing force of the pressing means 7 disposed on the surfaces and back faces of said elastic bodies 2 and 6 to the sheets 4 are used. As peripheral edges 23, 24, 25 and 26 of green sheets 4 are in contact with vertical walls 19, 20, 21 and 22 of a rectangular opening 18, respective green sheets 4 are not slipped in the lateral direction and the pressing body 7 is brought into contact with the sheets through an upper side pressing jig 16 which is smoothly finished, the green sheets 4 can be pressurized uniformly. |
