<p>PURPOSE:To thin a tape itself while thinning a metal deposition film, and to prevent mottles and creases by peeling a synthetic resin film and transferring the deposition film to a vinyl chloride sheet. CONSTITUTION:The rear of a synthetic resin film 2 composed of polyester, etc., in the longitudinal direction is coated with a metal deposition film 3 consisting of a metal such as aluminum, and a vinyl chloride sheet 5 is superposed on the exposed surface of the deposition film 3 while interposing adhesives 4. The systhetic resin film 2 is peeled, and the metal deposition film 3 is transferred to the vinyl chloride sheet 5. A molten ethylene-copolymer resin layer 6 is interposed between the metallic evaporated film 3 and an ionomer resin sheet 7, and both film 3 and sheet 7 are laminated and superposed integrally, thus acquiring a glittering tape for the molding of a desired automobile, etc.</p> |
