PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically improve power factor mainly through concurrent use of an inverter capacitor to use of a phase-lead capacitor. SOLUTION: A plurality of phase-lead capacitors SC-B, SC-P1 to SC-Pn are connected in the secondary side of the power receiving facilitates and shortage of power factor resulting from the on/off conditions of the phase-lead capacitors can be improved with an inverter capacitor 11. In the control of inverter capacitor 11, the power factor of facilitates as a whole is detected with a power factor detector 22 for the on/off control of the phase-lead capacitor to make close the power factor to the target power factor, so as to eliminate shortage of power factor under the control of the power factor controller 21 which controls the inverter capacitor 11. The inverter capacitor 11 is economical, formed of an inverter having minimum capacity only which is sufficient to compensate for the shortage of power factor that can be improved by the on/off condition of the phase-lead capacitor. |
