PURPOSE:To realize the voltage limiter circuit not to fluctuate a limited voltage by an input voltage. CONSTITUTION:A current mirror circuit 3 detects a current I to flow to a diode D1 of a diode limiter 1, and a potential drop generated at a second resistor Rr is fed back through an emitter follower circuit 2 to the diode D1 by an output current IR of the current mirror circuit 3. When an input voltage VIN is increased and the current I to flow to the diode D1 is increased, the output current IR of the current mirror circuit 3 is increased, a potential VD at the second resistor Rr is lowered, a terminal voltage Vc at the diode is decreased and therefore, the increase of an output potential VA can be suppressed. |
