PURPOSE:To obtain a method for compensating temperature where a chemical state of a system to be detected is converted into a voltage value at a specified temperature even if the temperature of the system to be detected is being changed in a sensor for chemical amount which converts the chemical amount a voltage. CONSTITUTION:A data of an output change for temperature of a sensor for chemical amount 1 is collected, a voltage output value of the sensor for chemical amount is compensated so that a voltage output difference of the sensor for chemical amount 1 agrees with that of a temperature detector, the data of the output change for the temperature of the sensor for chemical amount 1 is added to the compensation voltage, thus obtaining a true amount of chemical change. |
