摘要 PURPOSE:To provide such a controller for driving a linear motor which can get a control performance approximately equivalent to a linear amplifier without using a high-cost and low-efficient linear current amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The PWM signal outputted from a control arithmetic unit 1 is input into a PWM signal compensator 2A. According to the reference table built in the PWM signal compensator 2A, it converts the PWM signal into a compensating PWM signal. According to the compensating PWM signal, a PWM wave generator 3 generates a compensating PWM waves. By the electric influence of gates 10A, 10B, 10C, and 10D, and gate resistors 4A, 4B, 4C, and 4D, compensating PWM waves are converted into gate drive pulses, and those are input into power MOS.FET5A, 5B, 5C, and 5D. It converts the PWM signals into compensating PWM signals so that the effective time of the PWM signals being output from the control arithmetic unit may be accordant with the effective time of gate pulses.
