The apparatus is designed to shield the external electronic product and devices from noise of the wiper motor so that EMI noise is converted into thermal energy. The apparatus comprises; a motor case (10) covering a wiper motor (M); ceramic capacitors (C1-C4) absorbing EMI noise and converting it into thermal energy connected with the motor brush; a ferrite core (F3) and noise filters (F4,F5) as low frequency, high frequency, and bandpass frequency ranges; a shield case (20) secondary filtering the EMI from the cover (20); a filter wire (W) coated with a noise absorber (50).
