PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a high glossiness of a product in a membrane press molding method utilizing a transfer foil method and to provide the synthetic resin decorative sheet used in said method. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet obtained by successively providing at least a release layer 3 and an adhesive layer 5 on the release surface of a releasable sheet 2 is laminated to the surface of a synthetic resin base material sheet 6 and a masking film 1 is provided on the surface of the releasable sheet 2 simultaneously with lamination or after lamination to obtain a synthetic resin sheet for membrane press molding.
