PURPOSE: To obtain a fastener member having good sound-damping properties reducing slide resistance with respect to the relative moving operation of a peripheral member, when the fastener member is engaged with an engaging member to prevent the emission of noise generated, when vibration is applied. CONSTITUTION: A means for producing slide resistance is achieved by constituting at least a part of a leg part or head part of a multi-phase polymeric material, consisting of a first high-molecular resin and a second high-molecular resin containing at least a fluoroplastic resin or ultrahigh-molecular polyethylene resin. Here, by the multi-phase structure of the multi-phase polymeric material is meant 'means the so-called' sea-island phase separated structure formed from at least two or more polymers, more specifically such as state that a discontinuous phase (island) with a size of 0.1-100μm is dispersed in a continuous phase (sea) constituted of a first polymeric material. Therefore, the dispersed discontinuous phase can markedly improve the slide properties of a fastener member, without lowering superior mechanical and chemical characteristics by the first polymeric material. |
