PURPOSE:To enhance productivity and design effect, in a decorative panel obtained by bonding fancy veneer to a base panel, by forming a surface protective layer excellent in strength and abrasion resistance and having sufficient thickness on the surface of fancy veneer by a simple working process. CONSTITUTION:A decorative panel is produced by bonding fancy veneer 3 to the surface of a base panel 1 through an adhesive layer 2 and forming a colored film layer 4 on the surface of the fancy veneer and laminating and bonding a transparent synthetic resin sheet to the upper surface of the film layer 4 through an adhesive layer 5 to form a surface protective layer 6. The transparent synthetic resin sheet is bonded to the colored painting surface of the fancy veneer by a transparent adhesive or an adhesive becoming transparent by curing. |
