PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate the trouble due to hydrogen chloride or dioxine at the incineration treatment of cards by meltingly laminating a layer made of one or more resins selected from the group consisting of specified resins on both the sides of an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate base material. SOLUTION: A resin is meltingly laminated on both the sides of an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate (hereafter referred to as 'PET') base material 2. On the PET base material 2, a printing layer 4 may well be provided, when necessary. Further, a magnetic tape 5 may well be provided on the side 1 of a card. In this case, the PET base material 2 is a sheet made of an undrawn sheet, the degree of crystallinity of which is about 5% or less, or a copolymer of terephthalic acid, cyclohexane dimethanol and ethylene glycol. A polystyrene resin sheet, a polymethyl methacrylate resin sheet or the like, which does not stick to a mirror plate at its thermal lamination, is used as a resin layer 3 laminating onto both the sides of the base material 2. Furthermore, rein layers different from each other may well be laminated on both the sides of the base material. |
