PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition excellent in physical properties, such as moisture resistant insulating properties, by mixing a specific epoxy resin, etc., with alicyclic acid anhydride and low-molecular weight PS. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition obtained by mixing (A) an epoxy resin having >=8 aliphatic carbon atoms per aromatic ring [e.g., 2,2-bis(3- isopropyl-4-glycidoxyphenyl)pentane] or an alicyclic epoxy resin (e.g., a compound expressed by formula II) or mixture thereof with (B) an alicyclic acid anhydride (e.g., a compound expressed by formula III) as a curing agent and (C) a low-molecular weight PS (preferably having <=1000 number-average molecular weight). |
