PURPOSE:To weld the hemispheric surface by a torch supported separately by rotating a stand to mount a material to be welded on a support by two rotary mechanisms with two axes crossed orthogonally to each other in the mounting surface as centers. CONSTITUTION:The stand 3 to mount the material to be welded is provided on the suppport 1 and a mechanism 17 to rotate the stand 3 with an X axis 13 in the mounting surface on the stand 3 as a center is provided. In addition, a mechanism 21 to rotate the stand 3 with a Y axis 14 crossed orthogonally to the X axis in the same mounting surface as a center is provided. The material 9 to be welded is mounted and supported on the stand 3 and the stand 3 is rotated by the mechanisms 17 and 21 to weld the hemispheric surface by the torch 27 supported separately. |
