Brick pressing machine with geometrically variable press mould entry

The pressing machine has walls which limit the flow of brick clay to the mould. At least one pair of these walls consists of several laths (30) lying side-by-side. The walls are located between the press mould and the pressing machine.There are devices (7,31) which can alter the inclination of these walls or laths to regulate the pressure of the clay-containing mass in the area of different positions of the press mould. Insert pieces which form the mould template of the press mould are fitted on holders which are fastened to a detachable plate attached to the press mould
