The product is contained in a container (1) which has a pipe socket (4) with fastenings. A pump system (2) with top closing the container is connectable to the container opening (4). An attachment is fixed to a base and has a support arm (12) into which the container and pump system are inserted. The container and pump system are fixed to the support arm independently of each other. The support arm has a hole(13) through which the pump system leads. The exterior of the pump chamber (7) has at least one contact surface resting on the underside of the support arm.
