The installation carriers for use with electrical or electronic components are produced from sheet material in a blanking and bending forming operation. A number of carriers are formed together and these are later separated at bridging sections 2. Each carrier is formed with fixing feature 5 for securing wires. Lugs 4 are provided for installation in a housing. Other features 8,9 are for securing components.
