PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shield a microelectronic circuit of an integrated circuit, without increasing additional operating steps and material by disposing the microelectronic circuit under a board directed toward a support. SOLUTION: A microelectronic circuit 7 is disposed under a board 6 on the one hand, and a shield 9 is disposed on a printed board 1 under an integrated circuit 3, on the other hand. In the case operating the integrated circuit, interfering radiation directed upward according to an arrow 10b is absorbed to a certain degree by the board 6 and does not disturb adjacent circuits or data line. Jamming radiation directed downward according to an arrow 10a is absorbed by the shield conductor path 9. When the path 9 is connected to a reference potential, supply voltage or other potential, voltage induced by the interfering radiation is discharged without causing other interferances. |
