PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atractive optical disk as an article by effectively using an optical disk outer peripheral part and the manufacture of the optical disk manufacturing this optical disk at a low cost. SOLUTION: The optical disk 1 is provided with a central hole 2 for fitting on its central part and a data storage area 3 of a hollow circular shape on the inner peripheral part, and pits are formed on this data storage area 3. A light reflection film 5 covers the data storage area 3, and is formed discontinuously with the data storage area 3 so that a required pattern is constituted on the optical disk outer peripheral part further outward from that. The light reflection film 5 is formed by vapor depositing metal such as aluminum, etc., on a part not covered with an inner mask and an outer mask. |
