摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for eliminating a rib pattern of change of gloss or texture due to influence of heating along an electrode position on a surface of a surface material at the time of heating and adhering of the material to a surface of a core material of a frame or core plate by high frequency dielectric heating using a lattice electrode in the case of manufacturing a door or a door of a furniture. SOLUTION: A lattice electrode in which positive electrodes 4 and negative electrodes 5 are arranged is brought into contact with a surface material of material to be processed, and high frequency heated. Contact positions of the lattice electrode with the surface material 2 are intermittently altered during heating and adhering, and the adhering is completed by the heating of a plurality of times. At this time, the heating time of one time is set to a shorter time than the complete heating and adhering of adhesive 3 of the overall surface. Thus, temperatures of high temperature areas 7, 7' are lowered to avoid overheating, and hence a clear fluted pattern is not generated. Even if a small fluted pattern is formed, an interval of the pattern is narrow so that it is not apparent as a whole.
