PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fiber from attaching to food even if a container is subjected to processing such as heating, steaming and smoking with the food put on the container by integrally molding nonwoven cloth with regenerated cellulose applied on at least one face. SOLUTION: After viscose liquid is applied on at least one of surfaces of nonwoven cloth having stretchability, for example by spin-bonding using long fibers, it is regenerated in a coagulating regeneration bath to be washed in water and dried, or after it is regenerated in the coagulating regeneration bath to be desulfurized, neutralized, washed in water and dried, and then it is integrally molded into a shape of a food tray. Thus fibers constituting the nonwoven cloth are rigidly stuck by regenerated cellulose, and also a part of the regenerated cellulose coagulates at confounding points of the fibers constituting the nonwoven cloth by subsequent mold processing, thereby further enforcing adhesion on this part. Therefore fuzz on surface of the nonwoven cloth after food processing is improved. |
