PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain high density recording by using an address area also as a data area in a disk capable of recording data in both of a land and a groove. SOLUTION: In an optical disk 1 forming the width of a groove 2 and that of a land 3 respectively as fixed values and having a track to be wobbled in a radius direction at a fixed frequency when the disk 1 is rotated by a CAV, the existence of a wobble in one of the right and left sidewalls of the track is allowed to correspond to the data bit of address information on which a sector mark or a angle reference marker is superposed at a high frequency and the other is continuously wobbled, so that address information can be synchronously demodulated in both of the land 3 and the groove 2 and stably obtained.
