PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically wind up a take-up reel without adopting a complicated mechanism by preparing an engaging means which engages with an engaging part formed in the tip part of a leader tape in the facing surface of upper and lower flange parts of the take-up reel. SOLUTION: Racks 29a are formed in the rear surface of respective slide cams 29, two engaging pins respectively separated in the moving direction of the slide cams 29 are freely slidably engaged with can slits 30 of the slide cams 29. When a vertically moving motor 31 is driven, pinions 33 are rotated and racks 29a are moved with the pinions 33. The engaging pins of a reel pedestal base 25 are engaged with lower horizontal parts 30b of the cam slits 30b in a state that the slide cams 29 exist in the moving end in the direction side of the arrow B, and the reel pedestal base 25 is positioned in the uppermost stage by moving of the slide cams 29.
