PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a medicine suppressing the fibrosis of a lesion part of the Mammalia by contacting sufficient quantity of alginate for effectively suppressing the fibrosis with medically allowed gel, a graft, or a polymer carrier. SOLUTION: A sufficient quantity of alginate for effectively suppressing the fibrosis is contacted with medically allowed gel, a graft, or a polymer carrier so as to manufacture a medicine for suppressing the fibrosis in a lesion part of the Mammalia.
