ALIGNMENT APPARATUS OF LOADING AND UNLOADING PICKER FOR BURN-IN TEST SORTING HANDLER

PURPOSE: An alignment apparatus of a loading and unloading picker is provided to prevent abnormal loading and unloading of a device by making a gap of a picker block become identical to that of a receiving space formed at a tray or to that of a test socket. CONSTITUTION: An alignment apparatus of a loading and unloading picker comprises guide pins which are fixed to upper planes of guide blocks so as to correspond to a gap of a receiving space formed at a tray or to an installation gap of a test socket. The guide blocks are installed at a top of the test socket of a dc test part or at a top of the tray which is located at a loading and unloading position of a loading part and an unloading part. A position determining block is installed at a lower part of a picker block shifted according to the loading and unloading position so as to be fixed with a pad.
