PURPOSE: A lifelong electronic mail address service is provided to make a transmitter transmit letters, parcels, anniversary cards, electronic mail to a designated receiver on a determined future day, so as to give the receiver unexpected emotion. The method is provided to constantly transmit mail by a registered lifelong electronic mail address when a real electronic mail address of a user is changed. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a mailing system. If the user is newly connected, the mailing system receives personal information and an identification(ID), and endows a lifelong electronic mail address. The mailing system makes out a table for the ID, the lifelong electronic mail address, and a current electronic mail address of the user, and stores the table in a database. If the user logs in the mailing system by the registered ID and modifies the current electronic mail address, the current electronic mail address is updated in the table of the database. If a transmitter transmits mail to a lifelong electronic mail address of a receiver, the mailing system reads the table of the database to convert the lifelong electronic mail address into the current electronic mail address, and transmits the transmitter's mail to the converted electronic address. |
