PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably increase the cooling performance by making a transformer in such a structure that a primary winding and a secondary winding are wound concentrically, with the primary winding disposed outside and the secondary winding disposed inside, and forming a given space between the primary winding and the secondary winding. SOLUTION: A transformer comprises two parts, that is, an outer bobbin 10 wound with a primary winding 2 and an inner bobbin 11 wound with a secondary winding 3. The inner bobbin 11 is slided into the inner diameter of the outer bobbin 10 so that the primary winding and the secondary winding may be wound concentrically, Under this condition, the outer bobbin 10 serves as a member for securing insulation between the primary winding 2 and the secondary winding 3. Moreover, the secondary winding 3 is not wound to full capacity of the bobbin to form a space insulation layer 12. In order to optimize the inverter operation, a pair of cores 7 are inserted into the inner diameter of the inner bobbin 11 with a gap 13 kept in between.
|
