PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device provided with a separation filter which separates a reception composite signal including a signal component and a DC component and a processing module which processes the signal component. SOLUTION: The devices 3 and 6 are provided especially for a communication system where XDSL is combined with ISDN/POTS, and filter an ISDN signal from a composite signal including an ISDN signal component and the ISDN DC component, and these devices are provided with a separation filter 8, a filter 9, and a processing module 10 which are connected in series, and the separation filter 8 transfers the ISDN signal component to the processing module 10 through the filter 9 and transfers the ISDN DC component to a DC/DC converter 13 through an individual route.
