This invention is related to the system for construction of tunnel lining by prefabricated arcformed self-supporting hydro-insulated concrete elements. Mounted arc serves as formwork for concrete filling, which may be performed in full cross-section between tunnel arc and tunnel calotte. In case of geo-mechanical reasons to separate covering from the rock, it allows the manufacture of dilatation of necessary width. Saving is related to: Decrease of working time duration for more than 70 %; decrease of jet-concrete quantity; tunnel hydro-insulation; decrease of tunnel burrow profiles. The application of these technical solutions in tunnel construction, provides for the realisation of the following technical-technological characteristics: Elements assembled as arc-unit make final waterproof tunnel lining; two-layer fireproof may be performed, it there is a need; jet-concrete thickness is minimised; fixing points for plate manipulation and mounting are used for attaching ventilation, illumination, signal and other tunnel equipmnt. |
