PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a missile launching tube device equipped with a rear cover capable of withstanding the combustion gas pressure of a missile launched out of another neighboring launching tube and readily opened by the combustion gas pressure of an own missile. SOLUTION: The configuration of the rear cover, strong against a pressure from the outside of the launching tube and weak against an opening force from the inside of the same while not precluding the flow passage of combustion gas in the launching tube after the rear cover is opened, is obtained by a structure wherein ribs 12, mounted so as to be along the inner wall of the launching tube, are attached respectively to the rear cover 10 divided into four sectors and even when the central part of the rear cover 10 is deflected by the combustion gas pressure from the other neighboring launching tube, the rear cover 10 can withstand breakage by the ribs 12 of the rear cover 10.
