PURPOSE: A waste heat of a boiler is used to heat a heat medium, and air heated by the waste heat is supplied to the room or to the burner, thereby improving heating efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A water in a boiler(5) is heated by a burner(7), and the heated water is supplied by a supply port(12,13). A waste heat recollecting device(1) is installed between the boiler and a chimney, and is heated by a waste heat recollecting pipe having a heat medium supplied by a first circulation pipe(10-1). A first waste heat discharging device(3) heats air when the heat medium of the waste heat recollecting pipe is supplied to a heating pipe. A second waste heat discharging device(2) is provided to heat air and to supply to the burner.
