<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method, in which high efficient desulfurization can be obtd. even if flux powder quantity injected on molten steel surface is little in a vacuum vessel of an RH vacuum degassing device. CONSTITUTION:At the time of executing the desulfurization of the molten steel by blowing the flux powder together with carrier gas against the circulated molten steel surface from a ladle in a vacuum vessel of the RH vacuum degassing device, the total concn. of FeO and MnO in the slag on the molten steel in the ladle is made to be <=5wt.% and Al concn. in the molten steel in the ladle is adjusted to >=0.02wt.%.</p> |
