The design of the device allows automatic and programmed liquid medium sampling during a technological process. A sample obtained by periodical withdrawing is highly representative and used in laboratory analysis ofi product quality control. The device consists of a housing accommodating the pistons (3) and (4) the movement of which works on the pin (9) to close the opening of the seat (11) and let the medium from the chamber (14) flow out into the vessel (12). The spring (8) returns the pistons (3) and (4) into the upper position and the chamber (14) is filled with the medium. The spring (10) works on the pin (9) to close the opening of the seat (11). During the sampling, the withdrawn medium is stored in the vessel (12) which is detachable, sealed tight and safiely carried away to the laboratory. Since the devices of this type are mostly used in oil and petrochemical industry, they are explosion-proof. The invention can also be used for dosing liquid mediums into the technological process. |
