PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deep-drawn product made of paper capable of exhibiting suitable effect even when it is adopted to a relatively flat portion to which the load is easily applied, and to provide a structure of a duct for a vehicular air conditioner, which is the deep-drawn product, capable of reducing the weight, capable of preventing swell in the body part or the bottom part of the product, and exhibiting enhanced rigidity. SOLUTION: This is the structure of the duct for the vehicular air conditioner with the usage of processed pasteboard mainly consisting of nature pulp. The whole of the duct is formed by the processed pasteboard with an aim of facilitating post processing of the duct such as disposal or reduction of the weight, and surface processing is carried out with an aim of purifying the air. Conventionally, the structure of the duct for the vehicular air conditioner is mainly made of plastic in the aim of facilitation of processing, mass production or inexpensive production. For example, the plastic duct is adopted as a foamed styrol duct, a polypropylene duct or a polyvinyl chloride duct produced by mold forming foamed polystyrene beads or press molding a foamed polystyrene sheet.
