PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out a masking material work for protecting hole parts from a surface treatment in the surface treatment such as coating. SOLUTION: The connection masking material 10B for the hole parts which uses polystyrene foamable beads and in which a plurality of tapered plug like masking materials 1B comprising a polystyrene foamed body having 10-30 times foaming magnification are integrally connected to face the same direction, the connected part is a part having the minimum diameter and 0.1-4 pieces of foamed beads having 0.1-1.5 mm diameter are existed per 1 mm2in the connection end face having the minimum diameter and which is for masking a plurality of the hole parts 4 is provided.
