PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing a sample, capable of carrying out precise analysis, without being affected by vibrations or the optical design. SOLUTION: In the method for analyzing the sample, the sample including a ligand is brought to bond to a receptor which can specifically bond to the ligand, and while applying the receptor with an external vibration, a change caused by the bonding of the receptor and the ligand is analyzed, by measuring the frequency characteristic of a surface plasmon resonance angle.
