FIELD: environment protection, particularly prevention of environment pollution with toxic compositions and reaction products thereof. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves decomposing tributylphosphate in sulfuric acid medium along with generating oxidizer by passing electric current with current density of 0.1-1 A/cm2 through sulfuric-acid tributylphosphate solution emulsion with sulfuric acid concentration of 30-70% by weight.
